What settings do you cover?We cover a variety of settings: Nursing homes, residential care homes, supported living units, and day services.

Do I need experience?Yes you will need a minimum of 6 months paid experience to work with our agency.

What are your shift patterns?Our shift patterns vary depending on the requirement of the client, but most common shifts are: Early 07:30 – 14:30 Late 14:30 – 21:30 Nights 21:30 – 07:30

What is the joining process?On registration you will be required to complete an application form and provide supporting documentation including your right to work documents/mandatory training and DBS. When we have completed ID checks and have received all documentation required we will then be able to apply for your references. Once we have all mandatory documents and references back we will be able to get you out working.

Do I need to wear a uniform?Some clients require you to wear a uniform. We will let you know if you need to wear a uniform when required. Uniforms will be provided.

Do I need an ID badge?Yes, upon acceptance of your first shift you will need to make arrangements to come to the office to pick up an ID badge, timesheets and a uniform if required. For anyone far away, we can arrange postage

How do I request more timesheets?You can collect timesheets from the office. We can post some to you in some circumstances.
